How to request deletion

1. Email us from the address associated with your Brainfab account: hello@brainfab.com
2. Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
3. In the email body, include:
   • Your account email address
   • Confirmation that you want the account deleted

What happens next

• We may ask for additional verification to protect your account.
• We will confirm when the deletion is completed.
• Some records may be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational requirements (for example, audit logs), but they will be minimized where possible.

Important note

This page describes the current manual deletion process. We plan to add self-service account deletion inside the product in a future update.
